Engage Community Classes Return This Fall!

Engage Community Classes are back—and this season’s lineup has something for everyone! From creative arts to gaming fun, our fall schedule is designed to bring the community together through hands-on learning and enrichment experiences. Classes begin in September and are led by Forney ISD employees. This program is presented by the Office of Engagement.

🎀 Miniature Homecoming Mum Earrings
Sept. 13 & 27 | Ages 14+ | $29/person
Get festive and crafty by designing your own miniature mum earrings—perfect for the season!

🧵 Embroidery & Hand-Stitching Basics
Sept. 22 | Ages 14+ | $25/person
Learn fundamental hand-sewing techniques and simple embroidery in this beginner-friendly workshop.

🎮 Forney Family Fight Nights
Sept. 13, Oct. 11, Nov. 22, Dec. 13 | Ages 14+ | $15/session
Compete in a monthly LAN tournament featuring Street Fighter 6, Smash Bros Ultimate, Smash Bros Melee, Warcraft 3, and more. Bring your game face and connect with other local players!

Registration Details

📌 Most supplies are included; if additional equipment is needed, participants will be notified in advance.
📌 Payment is required before the class date to secure your spot.
